With proud we present you the Grumman Goose, a 2 engine (electric) waterplane.

This model is from now almost always standard in stock, so shipping can be fast after ordering.

This model has got an update from Bart so build will be more easy, parts are changed for more easy fitting and some nice features are build in.

Also some (3D printed) hardware parts are developed like at landing gear and tailwheel and window plastic is now added to make clear windows.

Description

This model designed by Bart Lammerse is a marvelous model and flies fantastic.

Grumman Goose

Original designed by Grumman as 8 person business plane. The first flight was in 1937 and was powered by 2 Pratt & Whitney R-985 Wasp star engines.
The Goose is used in WW2 by US army air corp and coast guard. After the war is the Goose used as civil airplane between california and Catalina Island, Canada and Alaska where it nowdays is still in use for fishing and hunters to bring them to separated areas.

Model

The model is designed as sport scale model, the size is big enough for relaxed flights with less wind but also with normal wind conditions. Because of splitted wings and fuze the model is small enough for normal cars.
Model is easy to build for beginner and andvanced builders and flying is also for almost beginner to experienced pilots for both land and water.
Because the model takes of easy on both water and land it can make the 'hangar' complete with a waterplane.

Model is designed completely from balsa and play, all parts fit together with slotted system. Building will be with a step by step manual, no plan is needed.
The landing gear can be designed functional and needs to be made from added steel wires, good manual for this is added also.

We deliver the model with all lasercut parts, sheetings, spars, wingjoiners, parts for main landing gear and tailwheel and the steering cables.

Not added are dummy radial engines and other scale parts.
